Finding my own healing from childhood sexual abuse, I have founded a non-profit organization called Brave Enough to Change Coaching Services. Individuals who desire Spiritual growth Coaching completes a 20 week – 10 lesson guide book called Brave Enough to Risk Change to Live Free. This curriculum is currently being used in many churches in Washington State and is effectively helping people find healing and freedom from past trauma.
I focus on Marriage/Family Counseling, Trauma Counseling, Spiritual Growth Coaching, and all coaching/counseling is over Zoom.
I am the author of Brave Enough to Risk Change, to Live Free Workbook [includes teaching videos] and Journal, as well as my memoir, Brave Enough to Risk Change, to Live Free: A Story of Healing and Hope and a socio-emotional resource for parents/educators called Harriet’s Bad Hair Day with accompanying family card game Harriet’s Let’s Talk Feelings.
I am a mother of three and a grandmother of eight. I love Jesus, people, photography, gardening, reading, traveling, and being outdoors with her family.
