During the course of the last eighteen years, I have worked with hundreds of people on a variety of issues. I believe that personal growth, healing, and the change you seek are possible, sometimes within a few sessions. I believe that as we desire to know Christ more personally, as we glorify His name, and as we love others, we are transformed into His likeness. A few of my favorite scriptures that guide my work as a Christian therapist are Romans 12:2, Philippians 1:6, James 1:2-5, and 1 Peter 5:10.

I can offer a “safe place to land” as you receive extra support, guidance, and some new coping skills that might help you through challenging situations.  I provide a professional and confidential online setting that can offer you the flexibility you might need. I am also able to resource you if you require more than I can provide.

I am a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) and hold both a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Formation.
