Mari is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over twelve years of experience walking alongside children, teens, young adults and families. Mari specializes in anxiety, ADHD, and parenting support, offering a safe and compassionate space where faith and mental health come together. Mari integrates evidence-based practices with Christian principles, helping clients find hope, healing, and practical tools for daily life.

Mari grew up on the mission field as a daughter of a minister, which gave her a heart for serving God and others from an early age. Mari later earned a Bible college degree and continue to stay active in my church, with meaningful experience in children’s ministry. In counseling, Mari often used CBT techniques to help reframe negative or distorted thoughts, replacing lies such as “I’m unworthy” with the truth of God’s Word, like Psalm 139:14 “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Two verses that continuity guide her are Proverbs 3:5-6 and Philippians 4:6, reminding her to trust the Lord fully and bring everything to Him in prayer. Her desire is to offer encouragement and biblical truth in a way that points others to the lasting hope and peace found in Christ.
