Hello. First and foremost, I’m a passionate disciple of Jesus Christ. I’m also a Wife, Mom, Nana, Pastor, Counselor, Nurse, and a very real person who loves helping others live out their God-given potential.

My journey has been a beautiful blend of ministry, nursing, and counseling, which are all guided by one calling: to bring hope and healing through Christ-centered care. I’ve seen how God can redeem pain, restore purpose, and write new stories of hope. Whether in the counseling room, the pulpit, or simply sitting with someone who’s hurting, my heart is to remind people that they are deeply loved, never forgotten, and created for more.

One verse that continues to guide my life and work is Philippians 1:6, “Being confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” This truth reminds me that God is faithfully at work in every heart and every healing journey.

In my counseling, I take a theocentric (God-centered) approach, meaning that faith and sound clinical practice work hand in hand. For clients who desire it, I will integrate prayer, Scripture, and Biblical principles alongside evidence-based therapy. I believe that true transformation happens when emotional, spiritual, and mental health align under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, our ultimate Counselor.

My goal is simple: to create a safe, Spirit-led space where people can find hope, healing, and freedom in body, mind, and soul.

Helping you heal and grow through faith, truth, and compassionate care
