I help teens and adults navigate the stuff we’d all rather not deal with: anxiety, grief, big life transitions, and those “what am I even doing with my life?” moments.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and real. I won’t promise overnight transformation, but I will offer a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.

I’m especially passionate about working with grief—not just the loss of a loved one (though that’s a big one), but also the quieter, less talked about losses like breakups, identity shifts, and job changes. Grief is grief, and all of it deserves compassion. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and build tools to help you move forward with care.

I use CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches, but more importantly, I listen. We’ll set goals that matter to you, not just what a textbook says you should be working on. Whether you’re just beginning or starting again, therapy is a space to grow into yourself.

As a Christian therapist, I also integrate faith into the healing process for clients who desire it. This can include prayer, scripture, and biblical principles woven into our sessions. I will pray with you and for you, and together we’ll seek hope and restoration rooted in God’s truth and grace.
