I’m passionate about supporting preteens, teens, and women of all ages and stages navigate life’s challenges with hope.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and faith-based, creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and free from shame. I enjoy incorporating Biblical encouragement, creativity, and practical support as we work together toward emotional wellness, healing, and growth. One of my favorite verses is Romans 12:2 “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” I believe God brings healing and transformation by renewing our minds, hearts, and perspective through prayer, Scripture, the Holy Spirit, worship, wise counsel, supportive community, and daily surrender to Him.
