My journey into counseling has been deeply shaped by my own walk with Christ and the healing I’ve experienced through His love and truth. I believe that God desires wholeness for every part of who we are (body, mind, soul and spirit) and I feel called to walk alongside others as they discover freedom, hope, deliverance and restoration in Him.

One of the scriptures that guides my work is Isaiah 61:1: “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.” This verse reminds me that counseling is not just about addressing symptoms but about stepping into the healing and freedom that Christ offers.

In my sessions, I integrate biblical wisdom with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based tools. I often incorporate prayer, scripture, and faith-based strategies into the counseling process when clients desire, creating space to invite the Holy Spirit into the work of healing. My goal is to help you experience God’s peace in the midst of life’s challenges and to encourage you as you grow into the person He created you to be.
