As an active member of my local church, I believe in the spiritual power of prayer, community connection  and loving relationships. Throughout my life, I have witnessed God’s healing hand, grace, and protection.  In my practice, I strive to help people live with purpose and meaning and notice the moments of God’s blessing in our lives. We develop collaborative goals to overcome difficulties related to anxiety, OCD, tic disorders, insomnia, and stress.
