With 15 years of experience, Krysta has spent her career caring for some of the most complex and vulnerable situations a person can face — those experiencing trauma, families navigating difficult dynamics, women carrying the weight of parenting and work-life balance, and blended families finding their footing. Her deepest desire is to get to know each person as an individual — to understand the specific arc of their story, honor where they’ve been, and help them move toward something more than just survival. Krysta wants her clients to thrive.
