My Faith & Work I believe that mental health and spiritual health are deeply intertwined. My personal walk with the Lord has shown me that healing is often a process of surrender and growth.
Favorite Scripture Philippians 4:6-7 is the heartbeat of my work: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” I strive to help clients find that “peace which transcends all understanding.”
Integration in Session My approach is “Biblically Informed.” This means that while we may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) or other modalities, the standard for “wellness” is defined by God’s Word. We explore your identity in Christ, the power of forgiveness, and the role of community and faith in your healing journey.
