I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor supervisor through the state of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Board. I earned a Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Coastal Carolina University. I have experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I maintain a person-centered approach and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy skills to empower clients to cope with symptoms and adjust to life changes. It is my goal to meet clients where they are and come alongside them as they accomplish personal goals.

I have been a Christian since I was a child and am currently a member at Covenant church in Grove City, Ohio. I believe prayer and scripture can be so helpful when working with mental health not only to guide my practice but to encourage clients as well. Some of my favorite verses are in Philippians chapter four verses six through seven that says “do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Jesus Christ.” What a wonderful reminder that we can go to Him with anything and everything.
