Rise and Renew Wellness is a telehealth counseling practice in the state of Arizona. It was founded by Kelly Gutowski, a licensed clinical social worker and compassionate behavioral health leader with over 20 years of experience in mental health and counseling. Kelly’s Christian faith and heart for people has guided her diverse career—as a therapist, coach, associate pastor, leader, and mentor—always rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and flourish.  Kelly’s primary focus has been helping people overcome roadblocks to change using trauma-informed, faith-based approaches to change their internal story to one of hope and healing. She specializes in working with adults experiencing general mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Kelly is passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and equipped to step into the life they were created for.
