When you are facing the complications that come with relationship struggles, trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, or behavioral concerns—whether for yourself or someone you love—it can be incredibly difficult to gain perspective. Our life experiences and past wounds can cloud our ability to see clearly through the season we are in.

I believe it is often in these moments of distress that our enemy, Satan, seeks to feed us lies—about who we are, our worth to others, and our worth to God—leaving us feeling trapped and hopeless. In my work with clients, I intentionally invite the Holy Spirit to guide our time together as we cultivate a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. I walk alongside my clients as we gently identify the lies that have kept them in bondage, work to break those strongholds, and begin building a life rooted in truth, freedom, and hope—so they can truly live life in full bloom.

One of my favorite verses is Romans 12:2:
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor, a Registered Play Therapist–Supervisor, and EMDR certified. I also have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. My work is further informed by extensive training in play therapy techniques, sand tray, expressive arts, and movement-based interventions, allowing me to thoughtfully tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client, couple, or family.

While I value education, training, and experience, I have found that they offer only partial healing without the transforming power of Jesus Christ. This truth is why it has been such a joy to fully immerse myself in serving others as a Christian counselor over the past several years of running my independent practice.

I have been helping clients live more fully since 2009 and have been operating a Christian counseling private practice since 2020. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and especially love engaging with couples and families. Each session is an opportunity to help someone move out of feeling stuck and stagnant and into meaningful growth. It is truly an honor to collaborate with clients as we establish goals, pursue lasting change, and witness God’s healing work unfold.
