As a therapist, my faith is not just something I believe—it’s the foundation of how I serve.

My personal journey toward becoming a therapist began in seasons of both struggle and surrender. Through my own experiences of healing and transformation, I felt a deep call to walk alongside others, offering the same compassion and hope I received. I’ve seen firsthand how God’s grace meets us in our brokenness and gently restores what was lost.

One of the scriptures that continually guides my heart and my work is:

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

— Psalm 34:18

This verse reminds me that therapy isn’t just about coping—it’s about encountering the nearness of God in the very places we feel the most alone.

Another favorite:

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

— Romans 12:2

I believe true transformation happens when we align our thoughts with God’s truth. In sessions, I often integrate biblical principles—such as forgiveness, identity in Christ, healthy boundaries, grace, and renewal—while also using clinically sound, evidence-based approaches.
