I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen—by God and by one another. My journey into counseling grew out of years serving in my church community, where I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of emotional support rooted in faith. Through growing in my faith, outreach, and creating welcoming spaces, I felt called to help others navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and hope.
One of the scriptures that guides my work is Ephesians 2:1-10 which tells each of our stories in Christ: “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” This verse reminds me daily that counseling is not just a profession—it’s a ministry. I also lean on Romans 12:2, which encourages renewal of the mind, and Philippians 4:6–7, which speaks peace into anxious hearts.
In sessions, I incorporate Biblical teachings through prayer (when welcomed), scripture-based reflection, and values-centered tools that honor each person’s spiritual journey. Whether we’re exploring emotions, building resilience, or working through childhood trauma, I strive to create a space where God’s love and truth are present. I also use visual aids like feelings charts and mood boards to help clients of all ages express themselves in ways that feel safe and accessible.
My goal is to walk alongside you with grace, professionalism, and faith—helping you rediscover your strength, your story, and your God-given worth.
