I am a Christian counselor who believes that true healing involves both the heart and the mind. My faith has shaped how I view people, suffering, and growth. I believe each person has value, purpose, and the capacity for healing, even in the middle of pain.

One verse that guides my work is Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” This reminds me to meet clients with compassion, patience, and presence. I also often reflect on Romans 12:2, which aligns closely with the work we do in renewing thought patterns and developing healthier ways of thinking.

In sessions, I respect each client’s preferences. For those who desire it, I integrate Biblical truth through prayer, scripture, and faith-based reflection. I often connect clinical tools, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with Biblical principles, helping clients challenge unhelpful thoughts and replace them with truth grounded in both evidence-based practice and Scripture. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can grow emotionally and spiritually at a pace that feels right for them.
