My faith deeply shapes the way I view people and the healing process. I believe that hope and restoration are always possible because of the grace and love God offers each of us. One of the verses that guides my work is Psalm 34:18 — “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” This passage reminds me daily that even in seasons of pain, God’s presence brings comfort, renewal, and direction.

In sessions, I take a gentle and client-led approach when incorporating faith. For clients who desire it, I may integrate biblical truths, prayer, or Scripture reflection as part of the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a space where faith and evidence-based counseling can work hand-in-hand—addressing both emotional and spiritual well-being.

My personal testimony is rooted in experiencing how God can meet us in our most difficult moments and bring meaning, connection, and healing out of them. That understanding fuels my passion for helping others rediscover hope, rebuild trust, and grow toward the life God has for them.
