Whether you find yourself trapped in anxiety or disconnected in depression, there is a path forward. Our experiences, positive or negative, affect the way we think, interact with emotion, and ultimately how we interact with ourselves and others. In this, there are two things to address: what has happened to us, and our present behaviors (how we interact with ourselves and others). I would love to walk alongside you with empathy, compassion, and honesty as we explore and work toward healing any negative patterns related to self-perception, relationships, and spirituality.

With training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I can help couples slow down and understand the relational dynamic they are getting stuck in, and then work toward building trust in the relationship. EFT is often referred to as the ‘gold standard’ in couples therapy with studies showing long lasting positive impact.

As a Christian counselor with pastoral experience and education, I am happy to integrate psychology and faith in therapy.
