Jorge and Alma Guerra are Certified and Experienced MENTAL HEALTH & CHRISTIAN LIFE COACHES, as well as MARRIAGE MEDIATORS who work at Impacto Mediation, a company that provides online and in-person services to all who want to reconnect, rebuild, and realign with God’s plan for their life and marriage. They have a Graduate Certificate in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University (GCU), a Master’s Degree in Human Services from Capella University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from University of the Southwest.

They are passionate about helping individuals and couples overcome challenges, master differences, and improve communication and conflict resolution skills, using Biblical Principles and Evidence-Based Practices. They have successfully mediated multiple cases of marital transformation and restoration, thanks to their certifications as XO Marriage Mediators (Dallas, TX), Marriage Mentors (Certified by Drs Les and Leslie Parrott), Mental Health Coaches (AACC), and Christian Life Coaches (AACC). They are also members of the American Association of Christian Counselors and active participants in their local church, where Jorge serves as Worship Director and Alma as a backup singer. In addition, they run an event promotion company, Impacto JAG Promotions LLC, that organizes Christian events in their community since 2015.
