Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, past hurts, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. And sometimes, even when you have faith, you can still feel exhausted, discouraged, or unsure of what to do next.

As a Christian counselor, I believe you don’t have to choose between your faith and professional counseling. My approach integrates biblical truth, grace, and evidence-based therapy to help you better understand what you’re experiencing, work through the things that are keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

My goal is to provide a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll address the emotional, relational, and spiritual areas of your life while helping you move toward greater peace, clarity, confidence, and healthier relationships.

With more than 20 years of ministry experience and over 10 years of pastoral counseling experience, I also understand many of the unique challenges Christians, pastors, ministry leaders, and their families face.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, relationships, addiction, questions of identity or purpose, church hurt, or simply feeling spiritually and emotionally exhausted, counseling can be a place to heal and move forward.

My hope is to meet you with real conversation, genuine care, and a grace-centered approach that helps you experience meaningful and lasting change.
