While I do have the educational background to safely provide counseling services to my clients…I go into each session with God’s guidance and leave room for His navigation through  the whole process. I have experience with all ages and also help with Life coaching in their day-to-day.

I believe God allows everything to happen for a multitude of crossroads in everyone’s life. Have you ever had that moment where you just read, watched, or thought of something,…then the next day you met someone or a conversation centered around what you just learned or heard or read? Well, I think our life experiences are just like that.

Due to everything I have experienced in my life I want to be able to help people overcome what they are struggling with. I have a passion for working with children and adolescents, hoping to help them before their circumstances and experiences affect them into adulthood. This trickles down to helping Adults overcome current and/or childhood traumas.

Other areas of interest include, but not limited to, crisis, trauma, sexual abuse, suicidal ideations, self-harm, depression, anxiety, career, life, and so forth.

No one should have to keep hanging onto the same problem for years on end. Healing and resolution can occur.

I use many different techniques and treatments based on each individual/ couple/ family and what will work best for them. No topic is off limits and everyone is welcome.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Christian Ministry from Liberty University and obtained my Master’s in Human Services Counseling there. I am a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the IBCC and a Youth Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counseling.
