My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of both my life and my work as a therapist. I believe that every person is created in God’s image and has immeasurable worth, even when they struggle to see it themselves. One of the greatest privileges of my work is walking alongside women as they experience God’s healing, grace, and hope in the midst of life’s deepest struggles.

One of the verses that has shaped my own life is Romans 8:28: “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” This verse reminds me that God is never absent from our suffering. Even in seasons of eating disorders, body image issues, OCD, anxiety, trauma, or grief, He is at work in ways we may not yet understand.

I also find great comfort in Jesus’ words in John 16:33: “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” These words acknowledge the reality of suffering while pointing us to the hope we have in Christ. We do not face our hardships alone.

When clients desire it, I thoughtfully integrate biblical truth into the counseling process through prayer, Scripture, and exploring how God’s Word speaks to their circumstances. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they seek healing through compassionate, evidence-based clinical care alongside biblical truth.
