Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) in the state of Idaho. I’m passionate about holistically partnering with clients on their journey toward growth and healing in a way that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

My therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I work with individuals to process past traumas, navigate current challenges, set healthy boundaries, replace negative belief systems, heal wounded or ostracized parts of themselves, and discover new strategies for managing their mental health.

We all carry both positive and painful experiences. While some of the more difficult ones may seem small, they can leave lasting effects—often influencing our behaviors, beliefs, and relationships in ways we don’t always recognize. For this reason, I integrate both psychology and neuroscience into my work. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which form the foundation of my practice. However, I also draw from other modalities to best meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Spirituality can be an essential part of the healing process. For many, it is a key pathway to authenticity, self-connection, and finding purpose in pain. For clients who desire to integrate their faith into therapy, I offer Christian-based counseling upon request. I believe that God desires healing and wholeness for His children—and that inviting the Holy Spirit into the counseling space can be a powerful catalyst for inner transformation.
