I know what it’s like to be on both sides of the client chair. Anxiety and depression have threatened my joy, my peace, and, at times, my life. God, working in those mysterious ways that He does, spoke to me and drew me back to life, where He so lovingly “restored the sparkle to my eyes,” (Psalm 13:3, NLT).
Now I’m going back for the walking wounded. Master’s degree and Missouri state licensure in hand, I am determined to be the “ezer” for others as God and His people comforted and assisted me when I needed it.
