I am a Psychologist, Speaker, Author, Professor and Faith Leader& Podcast Host. My experience consists of 40 plus years as a seasoned Behavioral Health Professional and a cultural voice that is rooted in Scripture with decades of clinical and spiritual leadership. My work weaves human behavior, faith, and cultural awareness into tools that help people live anchored, intentional, and spiritually awake lives. I am known by many as Dr. T. My career has been focused on serving individuals, families, behavioral health and faith-based organizations. My academic training includes BA, Psychology/ Moorhead State University (1979), MA Counseling Psychology/Ball State University (1984), Ed. D, Educational Psychology and Counseling/ University of South Dakota (1986).I have made significant contributions to leading change within service delivery models and have been formally recognized and have received numerous awards for my work in early childhood mental health, school-based clinical services, supervision, training and leadership, Through public speaking, writing, training and consulting I continue forward with my purpose and call to equip and activate people of faith for ‘Such a Time as this. I am the author of a new book ‘AWAKEN’ Exposing the Web of Deception Threatening our Faith Family and Freedom, which was released Dec 9th. I also continue to teach graduate studies at Liberty University..
