I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and founder of Healing Monarch Counseling & Wellness, PLLC. My passion is supporting women juggling life and healthcare professionals who feel overwhelmed by stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, and life transitions. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 19 years working in healthcare investigations, which gave me a deep appreciation for the emotional toll that demanding professions and life circumstances can place on individuals and families.

My counseling approach is compassionate, practical, and growth-focused. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a holistic understanding of emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for healing and transformation.

My Christian faith shapes the way I view people, healing, and personal growth. I believe that each person is created in the image of God and deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Counseling can be a space where individuals process pain, gain clarity, and move toward restoration.

When clients desire it, I am comfortable incorporating faith into counseling through discussion of biblical principles and exploration of spiritual struggles or questions. At the same time, I respect each client’s individual journey and meet them where they are, providing professional counseling that integrates both psychological insight and spiritual perspective.

My goal is to walk alongside clients as they move from surviving to thriving—finding hope, renewed strength, and greater alignment with the life they seek to live.
