I’m Heidi Coggins, founder of Sea of Hope Healing. Although my journey began with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Florida State University, I eventually discovered my true calling in supporting individuals as they embrace their own healing, wholeness, and purpose. Today, as a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, I am dedicated to helping people know they are seen, valued, and worthy.

Through both my personal challenges and professional experiences, I have gained a unique perspective that allows me to approach each client with genuine empathy and understanding.

As a Christian, I bring a thoughtful perspective to counseling, integrating faith and mental health to support your journey toward holistic healing, mind, body, and soul when it aligns with your needs and values. I am also pursuing a Theology of the Body Certification to further incorporate these principles into my life and work.
