Life can feel heavy—for you or your child—and sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn. You may be navigating anxiety, overwhelming emotions, behavioral challenges, or past experiences that still feel close to the surface. You don’t have to walk through it alone.

I offer a warm, supportive space where healing happens through safe, meaningful connection. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s story. Together, we gently explore both what’s happening now and the deeper “why,” creating space for lasting, meaningful change—not just temporary relief.

My Christian faith is central to who I am and how I practice. I believe God is a God of healing, redemption, and relationship, and that we are created for connection—with Him and with others. This belief shapes my commitment to offering a space marked by compassion, humility, and grace. Earlier in my career, I worked in settings where I was not able to openly discuss my faith. Even so, others often recognized it through my presence and approach, which at times opened the door for meaningful and respectful conversations. That experience continues to guide how I honor each client’s beliefs while remaining authentic in my own.

For clients who desire it, I am honored to incorporate faith into our work through prayer, Scripture, or exploring how spiritual beliefs intersect with emotional healing. For others, I provide a supportive space that honors your values and meets you where you are.

I specialize in trauma and attachment and am trained in EMDR therapy to help the brain process experiences that feel stuck. With children, I integrate play therapy, sand tray, and creative approaches so they can express what they may not yet have words for. With teens and adults, I support clients in processing, rebuilding, and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I also take a neurodivergent-informed approach, recognizing and respecting differences in how individuals think, feel, and experience the world. I consider sensory, emotional, and developmental needs while supporting growth in regulation, relationships, and daily functioning. Therapy is always adapted to fit you—not the other way around.

As a parent, I understand the challenges of family life and the importance of encouragement and support. My goal is to walk alongside you with both clinical insight and a faith-informed perspective, supporting you as you move toward healing, wholeness, and a renewed sense of hope.

If you’re looking for a place where faith, compassion, and clinical care come together, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
