Harley has been counseling in Bismarck since September 1993 and has presented seminars on Boundaries, Changes That Heal, Marriage Enrichment and Spiritual Renewal. Harley has worked with victims of sexual abuse, mentally and emotionally abused individuals, codependency, depression, grief, anxiety, domestic violence, anger management, adult children of alcoholics, addictions, sexual & identity issues, premarital, marital, and family needs. Harley enjoys public speaking and preaching. Harley utilizes person-centered theory and CBT. In addition, Harley offers spiritual guidance and counsel.
Harley is a native of Minnesota. He grew up on a small family farm in the east central part of the state, and has pastored churches in several denominations for a total of 25 years. Counseling has always been a part of his professional life.
Harley enjoys working with his hands, technology, traveling, hiking and nature.
