For the past 13 years I’ve helped survivors of complex trauma (including attachment & childhood trauma, sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence, generational trauma and religious trauma/spiritual abuse) navigate their healing journeys. I use Christian variations of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), lead with scripture, and remain biblically faithful.

For 20+ years I was a Buddhist, New Age, yogi, until I had an encounter with Christ that woke me up. I understand multiple worldviews. I know what it’s like to be lost and I know what it’s like to be found.
