I Have worked with individuals and couples for over 25 years in various roles. I have been in private practice professional counseling for 11 years. Currently, I do all my work through teletherapy for the state of Oregon.

I am most passionate about working with individuals and couples who feel weighed down by stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, and strained relationships. Together, we can help you achieve a sense of ease and relief as we navigate the challenges you’re facing.

My work with you from a faith based perspective will be to honor your beliefs while offering guidance and insights that connect your beliefs to your personal journey in therapy. We may bring scripture into a presenting concern, use a brief prayer with your request, consider how God may be working through your situation or by using recommended faith based resources.
