One of my favorite scriptures is 1 Corinthians 2:16, which says, “we have the mind of Christ.” I believe that mental health is deeply connected to spiritual health. On our own, as humans, we are limited in how we approach mental health. But in Christ, we have access to true wholeness and are empowered to live in the fullness of life that He promises in John 10:10. As a therapist I’m guided by biblical principles. I integrate faith with evidence-based therapeutic practices to offer a holistic approach to mental health. My passion lies in guiding female adults through the challenges of depression, anxiety, life transitions, problems in living, and interpersonal relationship issues. I believe in the power of a compassionate, non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey.
