I’m here to remind you that as Christians, we have THE MOST POWERFUL source of help right at our fingertips. I’m here to help you tap into this awesome resource. God’s power is at work in us, and we can use it to help rid us of our sorrows, struggles, frustrations, etc. (Ephesians 1:17-20).  And by the way, since He cares for us and knows us so well, He already knows what you struggle with and He’s waiting for you to call on Him to help. He can do more than we could ever ask or imagine, including granting freedom from body shame and eating issues (as well as anxiety depression).

I leave you with a prayer from Ephesians 3:16-21, so that you get why I want to help you find true and everlasting fullness:

“I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
