Hi, my name is Erica. If you’re reading this, you’ve already demonstrated great courage.

I operate from a biblical Christian lens utilizing evidence-based practice to provide holistic support. I lived as a missionary in Northern Uganda for ten years, working with marginalized individuals who went through severe trauma. God stirred my heart to continue my education and work with others who have experienced great challenges. I bring my faith, my experience on the mission field, and a genuine heart of curiosity and care into client relationships. I believe in the power of prayer, the healing of the Word of God, and the moving of the Holy Spirit in tune with various therapeutic modalities. I know that all knowledge is from God and He is the wonderful Counselor who equips us to come alongside each other. Each person and circumstance is unique, so I operate from a variety of modalities but often utilize Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Attachment Therapy. I also specialize in suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention. I believe that every life is worth fighting for.
