As a licensed professional counselor with over 12 years of counseling experience and 23 years in pastoral ministry, I sat with countless believers—pastors, leaders, moms, young adults, and everyday Christians—who deeply love the Lord yet silently wrestle with mental, emotional, and relational pain. The reason for becoming a professional Christian therapist is because I saw the deep need within the Body of Christ for believers to experience true healing—spirit, soul, and body. Too many Christians suffer silently, thinking faith alone should make their pain disappear. But I’ve learned through both ministry and counseling that God desires His people to be whole in every area of life. As 1 Thessalonians 5:23 says, “May the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” My mission is to help Christians walk in that kind of wholeness—to find freedom, peace, confidence, hope, and renewal through the power of Christ and the wisdom of sound mental health care.
