I am a Couple and Family Therapy professional dedicated to supporting individuals and relationships as they heal, grow, and flourish. My approach is holistic, culturally responsive, and rooted in the belief that emotional, spiritual, and relational well-being are deeply interconnected.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Adelphi University, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University, and a Ph.D. in Couple and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I currently practice as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in Florida.

My clinical experience includes work in private practice, community agencies, medical environments, and school settings. I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, individuals, couples, families, and groups as they navigate life transitions, relational concerns, trauma, and emotional challenges.

I view therapy as a collaborative and empowering process—one where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to help individuals and families strengthen their relationships, process life experiences, build resilience, and move toward greater wholeness.

I am continually inspired by the wisdom of scripture, including: “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety,” and “God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we ask or imagine.”
