About Me

As a Couple and Family Therapy professional, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find healing, restoration, and hope. I believe that meaningful change occurs when emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being are nurtured together in a supportive and compassionate environment.

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Adelphi University, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University, and a Ph.D. in Couple and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I currently serve as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in the state of Florida.

Throughout my clinical experience in private practice, community mental health, medical settings, and schools, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of life challenges. My areas of focus include relationship concerns, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, stress, communication difficulties, and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, holistic, culturally responsive, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their experiences, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward lasting healing.

As a Christian therapist, I value the integration of faith into the counseling process for clients who desire it. I believe God is deeply invested in our healing and restoration, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals and families as they pursue emotional wellness and spiritual growth.

One of the scriptures that continually encourages me is Proverbs 11:14: “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.” I am also reminded of God’s promise in Ephesians 3:20 that He is “able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.” These truths inspire my commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and hope-filled care.

Whether you are navigating a difficult season, seeking healthier relationships, or pursuing personal growth, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and renewed purpose.
