As individuals, we will experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for our lives to sometimes unravel. My passion is to bring healing to those who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. I assist my clients, who include children, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of them selves and strengthen their relationships so they can find peace, and fulfillment in their life.

I have been a therapist/pastoral counselor for 10 years. There is no single therapeutic/counseling approach that is right for every individual/family, however through practice and experience, I have found that the Integrative approach coupled with a faith based perspective works very well in helping the client look within themselves to find their strengths.

My educational background includes a Bachelors of Science in Sociology with a Criminology concentration from San Jose State University, a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor Certificate from National Christian Association of Counselors and a PhD in Clinical Counseling with Colorado Theological Seminary
