Dr. Jerra Dooley is a pastoral counselor, life coach, and women’s ministry leader with over 30 years of experience helping women heal, grow, and thrive through Christ. With deep compassion for those impacted by abuse, addiction, anxiety, and life transitions, she blends biblical wisdom with clinically informed tools to guide women toward freedom and purpose.

Jerra holds a doctorate in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Liberty University, where she also serves as a dissertation chair. She’s certified in trauma-informed life coaching, Christian CBT, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), and more.

She is a licensed Human Behavior Consultant through the Uniquely You personality and spiritual gifts profiling system, and a certified PREPARE/ENRICH® facilitator for premarital and marital growth.

Jerra and her husband, Randy, enjoy a blended family, grandchildren, and serving in their local church. Whether through counseling, coaching, or conferences, Jerra’s passion is to help women discover who they are in Christ—and live like it. Randy is also a licensed minister who has a long history of serving others through ministry leadership.
