Through a combination of cognitive behavioral techniques and person-centered therapy, I allow you to figure out the answers to questions you have constantly struggled with. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy which can assist you in working through a variety of concerns you may have.

My authentic, non-judgmental approach allows you to explore all areas of your life at a pace that is comfortable yet probing enough to motivate change. I enjoy and have experience in both individual and group counseling and recognize that it can be a unique adventure that can ultimately lead to holistic healing.

I can give you the tools needed to cope with everyday life, while encouraging you to process and heal from many deep issues. I am an empathic listener and exhibit confidence and reassurance when working with clients. My direct yet compassionate approach to meeting clients where they are helps to guide them along towards progress through the counseling process.
