I came to know Christ at 16 years old, but without strong discipleship early on, my journey included seasons of struggle, healing, and growth through emotional wounds. Looking back, I can see God’s faithfulness in every step—He provided what I needed in His perfect timing.

As I began building my family and deepening my faith, I was guided into stronger Biblical teaching and faith-based counseling. Through those experiences, God not only brought deeper healing in my own life but also clarified my calling: to walk alongside the brokenhearted and those navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and relational difficulties.

My clinical education and experience as a licensed therapist are deeply important to me, and I remain committed to continued learning and professional growth. At the same time, I believe that true, lasting healing is ultimately rooted in Jesus Christ and the truth of His Word.

Scriptures that guide my work include:

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” (Romans 12:2)
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

In sessions, I meet each client where they are—with compassion, respect, and without judgment. For those who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate Biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection alongside evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
