My Christian faith is central to who I am and how I care for others. After spending more than 25 years in sales and marketing, God called me into the counseling profession through an unexpected season of change. That journey strengthened my belief that He can bring hope, healing, and purpose even through life’s most difficult transitions.

One verse that guides both my life and my work is Proverbs 3:5–6, reminding me to trust God even when the path ahead isn’t clear.

For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into counseling through prayer, Scripture, and biblical principles while using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can experience emotional healing, spiritual growth, and renewed hope.
