After 16 fulfilling years in the Intelligence Community, a pivotal shift led me to a new path marked by profound challenges and transformation. In the midst of that hardship, I discovered a faithful presence that redeems pain, restoring and renewing what once felt broken. Today, my calling is to walk alongside you through your own trials, helping you uncover the words, emotions, and experiences that shape your journey.

I specialize in trauma, addiction, marriage, and family therapy, while also addressing everyday struggles like depression, anxiety, and work-life balance. As a Certified Sexual Recovery Therapist (SRT) through the American Association for Sex Addiction Therapy and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) trained in Dr. Patrick Carnes’ 30-Task Model, I bring evidence-based expertise to my practice. I am currently completing my certification as a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), with a focus on supporting betrayed partners of those with sex addictions. My holistic approach honors the whole person, integrating the 12-Step recovery model to promote lasting wellness.

Our office offers easy accessibility, ample free parking, and a welcoming space designed for comfort and connection. Committed to the power of community, we prioritize in-person sessions in a secure environment that adheres to all current guidelines. Telehealth options are available for added flexibility. Fluent in English and American Sign Language, I serve hearing, hard-of-hearing, Children of Deaf Adults (CODA), Deaf, and Deaf-Blind clients. Appointments are offered during daytime and evening hours to accommodate your schedule.
