God is always writing our story. Yet, things have a way of not turning out the way we thought they would. After spending 16 years in the Intelligence Community, after a major plot twist, I changed careers and endured a series of painful chapters. In that suffering, I found a relentless God who uses the narrative of pain to redeem, restore & renew. My desire is to come alongside you through whatever you are enduring to help find the words, the feelings and the stories that brought you to this place. I specialize in trauma, addiction, marriage and family but am also well versed in the daily challenges that life can bring including depression, anxiety and work-life stressors. I work holistically to address the whole person and utilize the 12 step recovery model to foster wellness.

Our office is accessible, has plenty of free parking, and provides a simple but warm atmosphere. Because we believe in the irreplaceable value of community, we offer in person sessions in a safe environment following current legal requirements. Telehealth sessions are also an option if necessary. Bilingual in English and American Sign Language. I see hearing, hard of hearing, Children of Deaf Adults, Deaf, and Deaf-Blind clients. Daytime, evening appointments are available.
