David Burgess founded Full Armor Counseling & Ministry to create a space where individuals can access Christ-centered mental and behavioral health counseling that supports healing of the spirit, soul, and body. The mission and services of Full Armor reflect his personal calling and commitment to faith-informed care.

David’s therapeutic approach is flexible, holistic, and integrative. He partners with clients to identify and transform thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional, relational, and spiritual distress.

David’s lived and professional experiences have shaped his understanding of the various challenges individuals face throughout life and how Christ’s perfect love equips, heals, and transforms lives for the better.

Outside of counseling, David enjoys spending time with his family and serving in his community.
