I am a licensed professional counselor with over 23 years of field experience. I hold active licenses in TN, PA, and IL. After obtaining my Masters in Community Counseling degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, in 2000, I worked in community mental health for 4 years in Fort Myers, Florida, serving under-resourced families and at-risk teens. Following that I operated my own private practice in that region for many years. Upon marrying my husband and relocating to Wheaton, Illinois, in 2012, I worked as an outpatient therapist at Meier Clinics where I continued to serve adolescents, adults and couples dealing with a range of issues. 

In 2018, my husband accepted a position as an executive pastor in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and I felt led again to establish my own practice and was grateful to see it thrive. In February, 2022, God called us to Middle Tennessee to be a part of the work He is doing in this area. I established Fresh Hope Therapy in Murfreesboro where I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, and relationship issues. 

I am grateful and humbled to be called to this work, and I consider myself a fellow pilgrim on the journey of growing in Christ. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. 

In-person sessions are available at my Murfreesboro office conveniently located off S. Church Street. Secure telehealth sessions are available to residents of TN, PA, and IL.
