Life can be complicated, overwhelming, and painful at times. When challenges feel too heavy to carry alone, reaching out for support is often the first courageous step toward healing, hope, and lasting change. My desire is to walk alongside you on that journey and provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I am EMDR trained through EMDRIA and have received training in the Gottman Method for couples. These evidence based approaches allow me to help individuals and couples heal from past wounds, strengthen relationships, process trauma, and develop healthier patterns for lasting growth.

My counseling experience includes working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, divorce recovery, codependency, parenting concerns, postpartum depression, shame, and issues related to self worth and identity. While I enjoy working with a variety of concerns, I have a special passion for helping women navigate difficult seasons of life, rediscover their strengths, and reconnect with the person God created them to be.

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every person possesses resilience, purpose, and the capacity for growth. I take a strengths based, person centered approach that honors your unique story while helping you identify practical tools and strategies for healing and change. Together, we will work to uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and create meaningful movement toward the life you desire.

As a Christian counselor, I welcome the integration of faith into the counseling process for clients who desire it. I believe faith can be a powerful source of healing, hope, and restoration. Whether through biblical principles, prayer, or exploring spiritual concerns, I strive to create a space where your faith can be incorporated in a way that feels meaningful and supportive to your journey. At the same time, I respect the unique beliefs and values of every client and tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals.

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, encouraging, and easy to talk to. I believe healing happens within a trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to move forward with confidence.

Seeking counseling is not a sign of weakness. It is an act of courage. Whether you are facing a difficult life transition, working through past hurts, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply longing for greater peace, purpose, and connection, I would be honored to support you as you move toward healing, freedom, and hope.
