Practice Description
Do you find yourself anxious, depressed, or alienated? Distrustful, self-doubting, discontent? Feel trapped, angry, or stressed? The circumstances of our lives may differ widely, but all these symptoms and more originate from an attitude of self-sufficiency and broken relationships. The way back to emotional and mental health is found in knowing and loving our Creator (in whose image we are made) with our whole being, as well as in gracious and truthful relationships with significant others. Relational restoration is the foundation for an increasing abundance of freedom, trust, wholeness, character transformation, peace, and fulfilling purpose. A counseling relationship is often pivotal in this healing process. Keith has expertise in the following specific areas:
– Anxiety, Stress, Depression and Anger
– Healing of Damaged Emotions
– Family Systems
– Childhood Abuse Recovery
– Domestic Violence and Spousal Abuse Recovery
– Spiritual Direction and Self-Identity Issues
– Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills
– Obsessive-Compulsive and Addictive Struggles
– Codependency
– Marital and Couple Counseling
– Parent-Child Relationships
Small Group Counseling
