Much of my work centers on the impact of our family roots — the patterns, beliefs, wounds, and strengths passed down through generations. These roots shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we move through the world.

My mission is to help you understand you understand your story, identify which roots you want to keep, and gently prune the ones that no longer serve you, so you can build a stronger foundation for yourself and for the generations that follow.
