Many feel ashamed for having them and try to manage their mental health on their own, which can perpetuate isolation and relational pain.

I am a Christian and therapist, offering care grounded in both faith and professional expertise. My journey in service began with overseas missions, pastoral care and over 20 years in the social work field, where I supported individuals and families through complex challenges. Along the way, I have also benefited from counseling and mentorship myself, which has shaped my understanding of empathy, resilience, and the healing process.

I offer an integrative approach to therapy, blending relational and person-centered methods while drawing from other theories and interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Feeling overwhelmed by shame, struggling with identity, navigating relationship or marital challenges, or wrestling with addiction can make life feel trapped. I believe that while we all face these challenges at times, we do not have to suffer alone.

Motivated by a desire to provide compassionate, skilled guidance, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, equipping me to help clients move toward emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.
