If your grief or trauma still feels raw — even months or years later — you may be wondering why you’re not “moving on” the way you think you should. Loss, trauma, and overwhelming life experiences can get stuck in the nervous system, making it hard to feel like yourself again. I specialize in helping teens and adults heal from trauma, complicated grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles, especially when talk therapy hasn’t felt like enough. I am trained in EMDR, a research-supported therapy that helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel as intense or overwhelming in daily life.
I can offer faith-based counseling for clients who want it. Faith is never imposed, but when desired, it can be gently integrated to support healing, meaning, and long-term growth. I accept most major insurance plans and offer telehealth sessions throughout FL and CO, making therapy more accessible and flexible. I also provide a free 15-minute consultation.
I have over 15 years of experience working with older teens, adults (21+), couples, and families. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and compassionate, and I tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. You are not broken — and there is hope.
