I am so glad you are here today and your story matters. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in women’s issues, healing from trauma, and finding hope when they feel lost. We all encounter challenges that can create doubt about our purpose in life and how to rebuild after negative experiences. I work closely with each individual to instill hope, provide positive encouragement, and empower you to make healthy decisions in all aspects of your life. My faith has helped to guide and shape me through my own experiences since a young age and I love to help others through their confusing times utilizing faith based techniques and Christian principles.

I apply CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to work through confusing thoughts and feelings. I also use a solution-focused approach as we work together to form coping skills that you can incorporate into your daily life. My client focus is individual sessions with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, healing from trauma, and women’s empowerment.
